You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your login credentials and activity under your account. Membership access is personal unless Saad Siddiqui Academy explicitly states otherwise. Credential sharing, resale of accounts or attempts to bypass access controls may result in restricted or terminated access.
The price, billing model and included benefits shown at the time of purchase form part of your offer. Core All-Access membership may include eligible courses, community features and selected workshops; separately priced workshops or premium-extra content may require an additional payment where clearly identified. Access is activated after required payment verification is approved.
Manual payments remain pending until verified. Any cancellation or refund eligibility is governed by the policy or written terms presented for the relevant offer and applicable law. Course videos, lessons, downloads, workshop materials, branding and other content remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. Your membership grants access for permitted personal learning; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, record, republish, resell, share, scrape or redistribute protected material unless the applicable owner expressly permits it.
Do not use the platform for harassment, threats, impersonation, spam, fraud, unlawful material, malicious code or unauthorized disclosure of another person's information. Administrators may moderate content, remove material or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, the platform or legal rights.
Some features may connect to third-party services such as Google authentication, email delivery providers, meeting platforms or external learning resources. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Saad Siddiqui Academy is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
The platform may add, improve, replace or discontinue features and may update course/workshop availability over time. Material changes to paid offers should be communicated in a reasonable manner and handled consistently with the terms of the applicable purchase.
