ACADEMYThis Privacy Policy explains the information Saad Siddiqui Academy processes when you browse the public website, create an account, submit payment verification, use courses or workshops, or participate in member features.
Depending on how you use the platform, we may process your name, email address, optional WhatsApp/contact details, login credentials in hashed form, Google account profile information when you choose Google sign-in, payment method/reference and uploaded payment proof, course progress, quiz or assignment activity, workshop registrations, profile information, community content, private messages and files you intentionally upload. Operational logs may include timestamps and IP addresses used for security and troubleshooting.
We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify membership payments, provide course and workshop access, deliver community and messaging features, track learning progress, issue certificates where applicable, send service emails and notifications, provide support, moderate the platform, prevent abuse and maintain platform reliability.
When manual payment verification is used, payment screenshots and transaction references are reviewed by authorized administrators. The platform does not store payment-card numbers unless a future payment provider explicitly handles them outside this application.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the basic account information needed for authentication. Transactional emails may be delivered through the email provider configured by Saad Siddiqui Academy, such as Amazon SES, Brevo or Twilio SendGrid. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Information you publish in community areas may be visible to other authorized members according to the feature you use. Private messages are intended for their participants, although authorized administrators or hosting personnel may require server-level access for moderation, security, troubleshooting, legal requests or recovery.
The platform stores application data in protected server-side files. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes rather than readable passwords. Reasonable technical controls are used to limit direct access to protected data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, maintain learning records, resolve disputes, meet security needs and satisfy applicable obligations. For account or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
This policy may be updated as platform features or service providers change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
